Eligibility
All TCBA members or affiliated NAHB members are eligible to enter the MEDALLION Awards. The competition is open to all categories with NEW products / model homes available for sale from July 1 to June 30 of the current year, in Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee counties. Previous Gold award-winning entries are ineligible.

How to Enter
Complete a registration form, one per entry, and return to TCBA with appropriate fee(s). Upon receipt of your form and payment, an “Entry Kit” customized to your selected category(ies) will be mailed to you.

Judging
A judging team comprised of recognized industry professionals will visit each site and/or review all entries. Judging is based on the Entry Kit data, materials submitted and “on-site” reviews relative to the category criteria.

Entry Fees
Million Dollar Medallion Salesperson- $50 per entry
Individual Achievement- $100 per entry
Design, Marketing & Community Categories- $175 per entry ($150 for three or more)
