The TCBA Pinnacle Builders designation was established to recognize members who meet the following criteria:

• 75% of subcontractors used are TCBA members.
• A member in good standing.
• Attends at least 1 meeting per quarter.
• Actively pursues new members and continues to recruit at least two new members per year.
